The H2 chokes are meant for variable flow, it has externally controlled indicator showing orifice size in the increment of 1/16th inch. The variation in choke size is achieved by rotating handwheel to obtain desired flow rate at down stream side. Interchangeability of parts to construct a positive adjustable choke.

The positive choke valve is employed on Christmas trees and wellheads and designed for flow control. In order to control flow rate, the positive choke valve uses flow beans in different orifice diameters that can be changed to adjust the effective area available for the flow.

The Orifice choke valve is molded of two pieces of special carbon tungsten plates with rather ability of erosion resistance, one of which rotates to alter the concentricity between the upper orifice and lower orifice of two plates so as to adjust the flow-rate of fluid or gas.

The hydraulic choke valve is employed on manifolds and other assemblies and designed for flow control. In order to control flow rate, the hydraulic choke valve uses the valve core which can be lifted and lowered to adjust the effective area available for the flow.

The product is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 6A "Equipment Specification of Wellhead & X'mas tree" and matched and interchangeable with any equipment which conforms to API 6A specification. Valve body is machined of alloy steel forging with a stronger machinery properties and reliable performance. The sealing face between valve core and valve body is welded with hard alloy with good abrasion resistance and anti-scour; the valve core is made of sulfide-resistance steel and the others adopt the process of hardness limit so the valve is able to be used in H2S condition.

The plug valve is a necessary part that is utilized on the high pressure manifold for the cementing and fracturing operations in oil field and also suitable to control over the similar high pressure fluid. Featuring the compact structure, easy maintenance, small torque, rapid opening and easy operation, the plug valve is ideal for the cementing and fracturing manifolds. The plug valve is available with the union 1502 inlet and outlet preparations (also available upon customer request). The cylinder body inner wall and side segments work together with the rubber seal segments to provide sealing.
